When you get to a certain stage in life you look back and see all the roles you have had. Some fit, some didn’t. But all served a valuable purpose and were the source of priceless growth and development. Each one gives life-lessons essential in the journey of finding out who we are and why we are here.

A Summary of Susan’s Journey:
THE EARLY YEARS:
Susan’s early years were spent in part on the East Coast but the greatest impact was the 8 years in Mexico City. There Susan learned Spanish and a love for languages, cultures, and all art forms. There she also began studying French and later went on to major in French. She spent a year studying in France. Susan has a BA in French and Education with a minor in Spanish from Rutgers University.
THE MANUFACTURING YEARS:
Susan has over 25 years experience in Materials and Supply Chain Mangement in Lean Manufacturing environments. She was certified in Production and Inventory Mangement by APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) and was a member of APICS as well as AME (Association of Manufacturing Excellence) for twenty and ten years respectively. At different times Susan was an Independent Consultant in the Materials Management field as well.
THE TRANSFORMATION YEARS:
Subsequent to her career in Manufactuing Susan was introduced to Landmark Education. Landmark Education delivers programs that cause breakthroughs in personal freedom, power, self-expression and peace of mind. She is a graduate of the Curriculum for Living, the Introduction Leaders Program, Wisdom Unlimited and Partnership Exploration.
THE REINVENTION OF A LIFE:
Independent Beauty Consultant
Out of her personal breakthroughs from Landmark’s Wisdom Unlimited Course, Susan started her own business with Mary Kay, Inc. Susan embraced the mission to empower women to re-ignite their dreams, to freely choose their own priorities, and to take action in creating their own lives. Skin Care and Cosmetics is the vehicle used to accomplish all of that! When you honor yourself by taking the time with your appearance your confidence is boosted and that is radiated from the inside back out!
Strategy, Accountability, Assessement Coach:
While beginning her Mary Kay business Susan was referred to JTS Advisors, a Coaching and Coaches Training Company. Susan took their hands-on experiential style courses in Strategy and Accountability Coaching. She is currently a channel partner with JTS Advisors. The focus is all about helping people unleash their potential, breakthrough their obstacles and get into action on what is really important to them.
Susan also is Certified through TTI International as a Behavior (DISC) and Values (PIAV) Assessment Analyst and Coach. These tools predict a person’s observable behavior and reveal some of the internal motivators or filters through which they view the world. These are great tools for conflict resolution, communication improvement, relationship and team-building, performance enhancement, job placement and more!

Susan is also a Distributor for SendOutCards, an online greeting card company. Sendoutcards is a perfect tool to reach out to family, friends, clients, and prospects. It is a fun, easy, low cost way to say thank you, I love you, I’m thinking of you, You’re AWESEOME! In our busy, busy lives we don’t Acknowledge enough the people who make a difference in our lives!

Recently, Susan has joined the family of Xocai Distributors, a Healthy Chocolate company. Most everyone loves chocolate, so why not eat Healthy Chocolate? Yes! Xocai Chocolate is HEALTHY! CREATE AND DONATE!
Very recently, Susan became an Ambassador with the Pitch-In organization. Pitch-In has the mission and vision to “Create and Donate“. We create success and and support for our members then Donate some of the fruits of that success to worthy charities. It is all about helping people succeed at what they love and then giving back to others.
NETWORKING AFFILIATIONS:
Susan is a member of For You Network, a women’s networking group and affiliate of NAFE. She is a life-time member of RBN, a business referral group. And in the last three years served as Secretary, Vice-President, and finally President of the Le Tip of Anaheim Chapter, another business referral group.
PERSONAL NOTES:
Susan loves travel, the arts, languages, cultures, history, a good book, a fine glass of wine, a colorful garden, her rescued cats and dog, her many wonderful friends and her amazing sister, brother, nephew and brother-in-law!
